How Troth Weddings works, from inquiry to gallery
You send one form, we introduce you to one independent partner photographer matched to your location, and you book directly with them. The price list for your place arrives within one business day, with the photographer’s recent galleries and films, and we stay in the loop until your gallery is delivered.

The short version
You send a form. We introduce you to one partner photographer for your location. You talk with them and, if it fits, you book them. That is the whole shape of it; the rest of this page fills in each step.
Six steps from inquiry to gallery
- Send the form. Your names, email, wedding date or month, location, the collection you are leaning towards (photo, film, both, or not sure) and a note.
- We reply within one business day. The reply carries the price list for your location and the recent galleries and films of the partner we would introduce.
- Talk with the photographer. Ask anything: how they work, what the day would look like, what is included, what happens if the weather turns.
- A deposit holds the date. The deposit and the contract are the photographer's. Read the contract before you sign; it sets the price, the cancellation terms and the delivery dates.
- A short questionnaire, two weeks before. People, places and timing, so the schedule is built around your day and not a template.
- The day, then delivery. A sneak peek first, then the full gallery and the film on the dates set in your contract. Albums and prints, if you want them, come afterwards.
What the introduction means for you
Troth Weddings makes the introduction and stays with you through the booking. Your inquiry goes to one partner photographer for your location, and you hear back within one business day with their price list and recent work.
Your contract, your deposit and your price are with the photographer, so everything about the day is agreed with the person who will be there. We stay in the loop from the first reply: if a date or a delivery slips, tell us as well as the photographer, because we remain in touch until your gallery is delivered.

Why one partner, not five
Your inquiry goes to one photographer, not to a list. You will not receive five quotes or five phone calls. That is a deliberate choice: each partner photographer is matched to a location, and a single conversation lets you judge the fit properly.
You see one partner’s work and one price list, chosen for your place rather than pulled from a directory, and the decision stays yours.
