Terms of use
Troth Weddings introduces couples to independent wedding photographers and videographers. We are not a party to your photography contract: your contract is with the photographer, whose own terms govern the booking. Our referral fee is paid by the photographer and does not change your price. These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba.

What this site is
Troth Weddings is a network of independent wedding photographers and videographers. This website is operated by YourDigitalExpert Inc., 500-167 Lombard Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3B 0V3, Canada ("we", "us"). It lets you ask for the price list for a location and be introduced to the partner photographer matched to it. By using the site or sending the inquiry form you agree to these terms. They take effect on 6 November 2026.
Our role is introduction
We introduce you to one partner photographer matched to your location and send them your inquiry, as described in the privacy policy. Troth Weddings is operated by YourDigitalExpert Inc. The photography and videography on every booking are delivered by an independent partner photographer in the Troth Weddings network, under that photographer’s own contract. When this site says “we”, it means the network; in these terms, “we” and “us” mean YourDigitalExpert Inc. The photographers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners in a legal sense. We do not plan weddings, book venues or recommend vendors.
Your contract is with the photographer
There is no contract between you and us for photography, film, albums or prints. If you book, you contract with the photographer, and the photographer's own contract governs everything about the booking: the price, the deposit, cancellation and rescheduling, delivery dates, the rights to use the images, and any albums. Read it before you sign. Nothing on this site changes or adds to it.
Our referral fee
The photographer pays us a referral fee for the introduction. You do not pay it, and it does not change the price you are quoted.
Inquiries and the price list
Sending the form commits you to nothing. We aim to reply within one business day with the price list for your location, but we cannot promise that a partner is free on your date or that a partner can reach every location. We send your inquiry to one partner, and the booking is between you and that partner.
Information on this site
The information here is general. It does not include prices; any price is quoted by the photographer. Facts about places, such as marriage license rules, permits, sun times and weather, are compiled from public sources that each page cites, and they change. Confirm them with the issuing authority before you rely on them. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a promise of a result.
Using the site
Use the site and the form honestly. Do not submit false inquiries, send automated submissions, or try to disrupt or probe the site. The text and design of this site belong to us. Photographs and films shown or described here belong to the photographers who made them and are covered by their contracts.
Limitation of liability
The site and its information are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the services of any photographer, for a date missed or cancelled, for the quality or delivery of any gallery, film or album, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies when you use the site.
